Very professional and curteous I drove my Audi TT from Panama City to The Capital Volkswagen dealership for the 55k service. The 55k service was explained to me before the work was I drove my Audi TT from Panama City to The Capital Volkswagen dealership for the 55k service. The 55k service was explained to me before the work was started. During the service a few issues were spotted and I was advised and decided to go ahead to get the recommended work completed. I did not have to leave the car for an extended period and was able to drive the car back the same day. Very pleased with the whole experience. Will most definitely be back for the 65k service. Ryan Boatwright greeted me,looked at the light,and said it would take a little while to "hook it up" for a diagnosis of the problem. Sure enough,it only took a few minutes for the mechanic to figure out the problem. It was repaired in less time that than projected,and Ryan was very professional,courteous, and friendly , making us ( wife and I ),feel comfortable while we waited. Altogether,a pleasant experience!
