What a pleasure I brought my car in for an oil change before an unexpected road trip, and I could not be more satisfied from start to finish. Joe Trozzo was incredibly helpful and informative about the entire process and assured me that the mechanics would do a safety check to ensure that my car was ready for the trip. Not only was the service done flawlessly, but my car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. I have had very poor experiences with other dealerships in the past, but I cannot recommend Capital Volkswagen enough, and if you can, work with Joe because he will make sure that you are taken care of! More

The tech installed a donor stereo head unit and a climate control head unit all while I waited and enjoyed visiting with Michael Luda, who by the way is very knowledgeable of all things Porsche. Horrible service dept I had my 20 year old daughter take her bug to the dealership as it was "turning off" when she was driving. We live 3 hours away and thought taking it I had my 20 year old daughter take her bug to the dealership as it was "turning off" when she was driving. We live 3 hours away and thought taking it straight to the VW dealer would be the best solution for her. For the cost of $117 they will "diagnose" the problem for her. After keeping it for three hours, she returned to get it and was told there wasn't "any problem". She told them, again, what it was doing, but the computer shows it's fine. Therefore, no problem. Then, they took her $117. I have emailed and called the general manager and the service manager and have had no response. We feel cheated. I would assume the dealer employs mechanics who specialize in the VW product and can think outside the box to diagnose something that the computer isn't showing.My daughter said the woman in the service dept could've cared less. We have since moved on to a VW repair shop that isn't a dealer. No thanks. Dealer service departments are a rip off. More
