I called the service department to schedule an appointment I received a recall notice about my 2014 VW Beetle that I purchased at Capital Volkswagen. I called the service department to schedule an appointment and the woman I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. She said she would have to refer the matter to "the recall department" and they would contact me within a few days to schedule the appointment. 10 days later and no call back. I had wanted to schedule the appointment for a certain day when I was already planning to be in Tallahassee as it is a 2 hour drive for me. I guess they don't want my business and time to find another dealership. More

Brooke then proceeded to review my appointment details, followed by gathering check-in information from my car. Within the next few minutes my car was checked-in and I was on my way to the customer service lounge to have coffee and treats. The service visit was easy in and easy out.
