Was diagnosed as a simple software glitch and was easily repaired. Cameron took advantage of the time to provide a thorough inspection, oil change service that was about due anyway, and a tire rotation he recommended. This saved me another service trip so was really appreciated. Cameron is great at reviewing issues, identifying possible causes and great at communicating progress and recommended service during the process of repairs. Service to the “T”. Thanks Cameron! More

Among the recent folks I have dealt with are Cameron Clifton, my service advisor, and his chief Porsche technician, Michael Groves. Cameron solves every problem I visit with. The last was most impressive. I ordered a map update for my 2015 991.1 GTS from PCNA. The discs arrived with vague instructions that Capital Porsche should load the discs. I called Cameron and visited he and Michael. They knew nothing of their obligation but they researched my problem and found that they had to also purchase updating discs from PCNA. All were loaded properly last week with no hassle. I left happily. The current sales associate who I have dealt with in the purchase of a 2013 991 and then my current 2015 991 GTS is Michael Ludes. He has also been comfortable to deal with as mentioned in previous reviews from others. Please keep this team together. More

One was ordered immediately and repairs were made so that I could use my car until the part comes in. Cameron has always done everything possible to correct any or all problems. More
