Thanks to Dustin Wheeler and his service team, I had my Porsche Cayenne 2014 brought on a trailer and his team was able to diagnose the problems and had it ready for me to pick up. They figured out what was going on with the DME, and the wheel speed sensors. Upon completion, he coordinated for me to pick it up after hours on a Saturday, since we live 1 1/2 away at Valdosta. At the time to pick it up, I was surprised, the car had been cleaned and it was spotless, Again Thank to the Porsche Team, I have two Porsche’s and I will return to Capital Porsche at Tallahassee as needed. Dustin Wheeler assisted me as my Service Advisor after I set up a service appointment on-line. Mr. Wheeler called me prior to the appointment and advised that a Recall was active on my vehicle of which I w set up a service appointment on-line. Mr. Wheeler called me prior to the appointment and advised that a Recall was active on my vehicle of which I was not aware at the time. He also called me again the next morning after I had left my vehicle after hours and used the Lock Box. On the Lock Box Form I asked that I be provided an estimate for additional charges over the normal service charges, if any. Mr. Wheeler followed up with exact costs and after we discussed other issues with my car for review, he informed me that this issue was also covered by Porche. Mr. Wheeler was very informative and active in this process from start to finish. More
