Patrick promptly returned my initial calls and was very helpful in checking for a part (knob to adjust outside mirrors) and scheduling an appointment. Everyone I came in contact with, especially Moses, made me feel welcome and I in turn felt that my car was in excellent hands. They also washed and vacuumed it, which was a really nice touch. This was late on Saturday and the one she wanted us to see was being serviced. She brought the vehicle to me on Monday morning so that I could try it out. After driving it for a while that day I realized it wasn't the car for me. When I took it back she showed me another that might fit my needs and it did!
