James was great, he worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. The one negative I will say is the detailing department is awful. I bought my car and when I picked it up it was still dirty. The Service Department personnel I interacted with were courteous and I enjoyed my experience (as much as one can going to the dealership to get service). HaHa.
