I brought my car 2024 Crosstrek in because I had a recall and the low tire pressure light was on. I’ve been putting air in my tire every 3-4 days roughly. So I knew I had a mail/screw stuck in my tire somewh and the low tire pressure light was on. I’ve been putting air in my tire every 3-4 days roughly. So I knew I had a mail/screw stuck in my tire somewhere. I drop off my car and 10 minutes later they tell me I just needed air in my tire. I told them I’ve been filling up my tire for 1-2 months now because I haven’t had a chance to bring my car in to get my tire plugged. He said “no there’s nothing wrong with it, it must be the change in temperature.” I said “no, I’ve been filling up that tire every 3-4 for a while now, there’s a leak.” He kinda said “I checked the whole tire and I don’t see anything wrong with it.” Pretty much calling me a liar that there’s something wrong with it. So I proceed to stand there and wait for him to finally listen to me. He then brings the car back around and on the lift for a “second look.” Not even 1 minute after he put my car on the lift he finds the clearly “invisible screw.” I don’t know what it is with Subaru dealerships but my luck has been terrible with their service department.
