The dealership is new to me as I just bought a new Subaru several months ago. This was the first time I brought my Subaru in for 5000 mile check up and wondered how the service would be. The service was exem several months ago. This was the first time I brought my Subaru in for 5000 mile check up and wondered how the service would be. The service was exemplary and I am now more comfortable with my Subaru dealer. My questions were answered in a courteous fashion. It showed that the Service department appears to have years of experience behind it. More

I went to this dealership because they had a Range Rover and I was looking to purchase a Range Rover. The price was fairly fair. Originally one guy was helping us and while we were driving the truck he received a phone call from dealership that he was needed back to dealership because one of his customers had arrived. We had only been in the car bout 3 minutes at the time. So they transferred another guy to us that had a very rude attitude. He acted like he really didn’t wanna answer any questions or really just didn’t want to be bothered with us. While driving the truck I noticed that the check engine light was on and I asked if he knew why and he stated he didn’t but would get the mechanic to look at it in the morning because the mechanics were gone home for for the day. And I was fine with that. I called the next morning and was told that the mechanic looked at it and the code displaying has to do with the battery and they had already ordered the battery and it was being delivered from Greensboro. I drove to dealership and the check engine light was off so I proceeded with my bank to purchase car truck. Ok so let’s fast forward, about 3 weeks went by and the check engine light came back on and I called dealership and was told to bring the truck and the mechanics can look at it because I had just got it and it hasn’t been 30 days yet. So we agreed on a date and time and went to dealership and checked in. We stayed there almost 3 hours and I started wondering like dang they should have given us an update by now on what the issue is; all the other customers that were there for service were coming and going and we were still sitting there. Come to find out they had pulled the truck in and out and just had it parked over to the side outta view for a while. Now all the other customers name was called when they were done with their vehicle. This made me upset because I’m thinking why no one has said anything. So one of the guys in the service department told me that they have a Subura system and they cant read what the code that is displaying means. I replied how did yall read the code before when the check engine light was on and he says oh this is a different code, the other code was for a battery. And I’m still like how did yall know that if your system can’t read the code. Anywhoooo I was told that I needed to take the trunk to the Range Rover dealership and they are not paying for repairs.
