Waste of time Scheduled in advance a time to have an oil change and tire rotation performed on my car. What should have taken no more than 20 minutes. Over 90 minutes later my car was finally finished. In the future I'll just use a chain oil change service with no appointment and save myself an hour. Since posting, I received an apology that they were so busy on the day a scheduled an appointment. Why would they have appointments if they take care of appointments only if they have time to. More
