As I waited, Capital had a variety of free beverages for the customers to choose from which was nice because it was a cold, rainy morning. Shortly into my wait time, my service advisor provided service findings and recommendations. Total wait time was only 1 1/2 hours. I had been given an estimate of 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. Cost was what I anticipated but still high for 1 1/2 hrs if labor. More

2hrs for a scheduled oil and filter change...for 189 dollars Nearly two hundred dollars for an oil amd fiter change, when I had a scheduled appointment, never again. After the work was paid for and completed I mentioned a noise concern I had for thr sun roof. Tech looked into it, couldn't find any issues but lubed tracks. I opened the sunroof while still in the service department prior to leaving. A mile down the road, the wind deflector detached from the entire right side. I returned to the service department immediately. Welcome agent didnt get tech, rather he diagnosed the issue and went to get glue to reattach the wind deflector. I will not be paying for any work associated to that system if any issues stem from this occurrence. More
