Hyundai Number Four Disappointing and frustrating experience. This was the fourth Hyundai purchased from this particular dealership (we returned because experience had b Disappointing and frustrating experience. This was the fourth Hyundai purchased from this particular dealership (we returned because experience had been good in the past 3 visits), and the experience was stressful from the very beginning. We were told an Accent hatchback was waiting for us; when we arrived, it was a sedan--not what we wanted. Dealer found an Accent hatchback from another location and gave us a loaner car until we could take delivery (which was very gracious of them). Two days later, we went to pick up the new car. We were told we needed documents that we weren't told to bring. The paperwork mismanagement was truly egregious and should have been avoided by the Dealer simply telling us what to bring on the day of delivery. No test drive was offered; we had to ask to test drive the car we were about to purchase. We received no follow-up communication on our new car purchase--we've always had a courtesy call from the salesperson to ask how we liked our new car--until we received a phone call on Day 12 asking for paperwork they failed to secure when we took delivery. We paid the hefty dealership "documentation" fee, but are still awaiting proper DMV documentation. We have little confidence in this Dealership's ability or desire to make sure we have all the proper registration, title, and license documents for this new car. A very unsettling situation. More

I live in Charlotte and first checked few Hyundai dealerships in Charlotte area ,and I got lemon experience. Thru Costco auto program I was sent in Greensboro. These people are amazing!!!From the first call till shaking hands in the end of the deal all was pleasure. They are very professional(Thank you Gabriel). I love my new car. I dont know does 15 min. saves $500.00 on insurance ,but driving 1 h to Greensboro saved my thousands.;-) Thank you. More

Very Good experience I went to Capital Hyundai after visiting 2 other dealerships that evening, and not getting anywhere with the sales people. We arrived at Capital Hyund I went to Capital Hyundai after visiting 2 other dealerships that evening, and not getting anywhere with the sales people. We arrived at Capital Hyundai at 8:30pm and I honestly thought that they were going to give us the dirty look, but to our surprise they were very nice and helpful and spent almost 2 hours with us (even if after a while there were no other customers left in the dealership but us) and we went home that night with a signed contract. So I can say that they went above and beyond to provide us with exactly the car that we asked for. More
