I had already settled on the vehicle before arriving at the dealership, so there wasn't too much to discuss in terms of its features. However, Chris patiently waited as he offered me different financing packages and gave me the space to calculate overall costs with the various options available. Through the whole process, he was straightforward and transparent about total costs. He then made my life infinitely easier by making the hour drive to deliver the vehicle back to my home later that day, at no extra cost! Really, really appreciated that! More
