I have been working with a gentleman by the name of Dennis. I first called the service department to get a price on a new a/c compressor which had been working but not totally blowing cold air. It has been diagnosed by another shop that the compressor was going bad, but was not all the way done with yet. I was told Dennis he would be ordering the part and bring it in almost a week ago, last Friday. I did just this and brought it in durning lunch time which I set up an appointment for. I never heard from anyone that day which made me believe the compressor was put in 4 hours later. I didn’t realize because was never told you could pick me up at work. I took an Uber back to the Hyundai and went to pick up my car. Dennis told me I needed a hose which was leaking and they would have to order it, but was told they drained all my liquids to my compressor but then put back fluid it in for my a/c to work until I brought it back. I was never called and informed this information, I had to show up to find out this.Also asked about my breaks which was told I only need break pads from your guys. I brought my car back after this horrific noise coming from my car when you turn on the a/c. Dennis told me to drop it off assuming you had ordered and had all the parts at the shop, which I asked about. Once dropping it off, I was told it was to late for them to work on my car, was told to come back the next day. I expressed my concern about all the fluid leaking out due another garage telling me nothing was left. Which try also said that by draining all the fluid it would have ruined what worked d the a/c compressor. The last time I came up here to express my issues with Dennis I was laughed at by him and ask by him what would you like me to do this for free. I feel like this is very sexist by a male laughing at me due to me being a female. Due to the fact I felt like the a/c compressor was still some what good. He pretty much also called me a liar. That I didn’t know what I was talking about. Every time which is now the fourth time I have been up here, I feel as if I get a new story by Dennis and am always told he will call me an hour after dropping the car off to discuss the problem. Which is the same/ new problem every time, according to him. I feel super disrespected by him and the problem is still not fixed after the fourth time I have been here. Second time I have had to Uber here. This is awful costumer service and I will email this to Hyundai’s cooperate office due to being disrespected also to the owner of this store. Christie Hebert More

Not furnished alignment data. Had to come back to receive alignment readings data. Other than having to return for alignment readings data, appointment was okay. Worked a good deal, good staff We located vehicle of interest via cargurus website. Their deal bested anything we found locally and we drove several hours to make the purchase. Dan Brookes was our main sales person, he was very pleasant, well-informed and just a nice normal guy. His experience in the industry showed, and the dealership is lucky to have him. They have a huge expansion and upgrade coming for this dealership, large inventory and of course fully qualified service area. More

He was very patient, letting us test drive 4 or 5 different models, and was willing to negotiate with us on a model that had the right amount of miles for the right price. We ended up getting a great deal and the experience was basically painless! The huge amount of inventory here leaves a lot of wriggle room, especially with a relatively common car like the Elantra. Joe was also funny and personable. I'll definitely consider coming back. More

Pleasant experience Sales agent and finance rep were both very pleasant to work with. They were not high pressure and even helped me set up my BlueLink.
