Smooth Car Buying Experience I had a great car buying experience at Capital Hyundai of Greensboro. I communicated with Terri in the business office for a few weeks via phone, texting and emails to get the deal that was just right for me. Her follow-up was terrific. Bailey was my automotive consultant and she did a great job assisting me at the dealership with my vehicle purchase. She answered all of my questions. I selected a vehicle that was a little more than I originally inquired about, but Bailey shared that information with the management team and they worked out a deal that worked for me. I'm now in a wonderful new Hyundai. : ) More

Surprisingly great! I’ve purchased 2 Hyundai’s from this dealership, the first in 2010. This was by far the best service experience I’ve had. I was greeted promptly by I’ve purchased 2 Hyundai’s from this dealership, the first in 2010. This was by far the best service experience I’ve had. I was greeted promptly by Dennis, who got me on the shuttle to work less than 5 minutes after I arrived. He called me that afternoon when it was ready and had a shuttle driver pick me up at the time I requested. The driver was on time and friendly. After I paid, Dennis had my car ready and waiting....and the a/c already on. I normally dread getting service at the dealership, but this was surprisingly great! More
