Looking out for customer! Last Saturday I went in for my 60k maintenance. I had called before hand to schedule this and a few recalls needed, since it was a weekend appointment Last Saturday I went in for my 60k maintenance. I had called before hand to schedule this and a few recalls needed, since it was a weekend appointment was informed couldn't do the recall on weekend but still went ahead for the oil change. Without me prompting the service technician said he noticed I had a few simple recalls on file and asked if I would like to do them. The recalled required to drain my oil and check filter so they didn't charge me a dime for my scheduled oil change! They could have easily just done the service and have me come back next week to do same thing. Very impressed with the technician honesty and integrity. More

Very nice people, horrible work. I had a 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo that I’m thankful for finally selling. It was nothing but issues after I had an engine block replaced at the servi I had a 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo that I’m thankful for finally selling. It was nothing but issues after I had an engine block replaced at the service center. My car never sounded right ever since. There was a terrible whine that one of the machenics blamed on the fact that they had to do something to the Turbo. I don’t know too much about vehicles but I have no idea why my car wouldn’t be put back to factory specs. I also had an engine belt put on here that would “fix” the noise that was apparently there because of the Turbo. Not only did I pay for the belt, but then 2 weeks later it completely shreds. So I still had the noise and now there’s rubber everywhere in engine bay. My car was they for a substantial amount of time and nobody had no idea what the issue was. The only redeeming factor is that the actual people, besides David who seemed tired of me, seemed like they wanted to truly help and gave me a rental vehicles everytime. The customer service here is amazing. I hate to end it in a bad note, but did I mention when I got my car back from having a new engine block out in, that they left my steering wheel crooked. So I’m not surprised on why my car was so broke because they cannot even see that a steering wheel is not straight. THEY EVEN HAD TO DRIVE IT HOW DO YOU MESS UP THIS BAD? More

Oil change with benefits? I was very pleased with what was done to my car; the staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because I we I was very pleased with what was done to my car; the staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because I went in for what I thought was a $40-50 oil change and they wanted me to buy services totaling over $300! Although I did end up spending $136, I think that's why most people use independent garages for maintenance - they're not always trying to sell something else and will be honest with what you actually need. It can be very discouraging - you feel they care more about the dollar than the customer! More
