Always an issue Every time I go to this dealer I never get what I ask from the techs or service writers. I bring my own oil for my oil change and have had to have the tech redo the oil change due to him not using my oil. This has happened 3 times. The last tech told me i shouldn't care that he used their filter and his words exactly, "you never buy any of our products" in a very rude tone. They have had to give my oil change to me for free due to these issues. They never offer any additional services, and they do not inform me of regularly scheduled service intervals. I missed the 60k servicing due to them telling me after I requested that info after reaching 60k. I feel crown Acura always kept me informed on what my vehicle needed when I owned and Acura years ago. I am deeply unsatisfied with this service dept and do not want to own a hyundai or subaru if I had to return them for service/warranty work. I am confident they will not do the job correctly. More
Quick and easy All was ok except when I got the bill I was charged $20.95 for tire rotation. I wasn’t aware that I had to pay for that service. Service department is great David in service always greets me like he is happy to have a customer there. He is knowledgable and professional. Always done right I always go to the dealer for oil changes against going to Jiffy Lube, etc, etc, because they always try to find something wrong to charge more. Howev I always go to the dealer for oil changes against going to Jiffy Lube, etc, etc, because they always try to find something wrong to charge more. However, the latest oil change, regular oil NOT SYNTHETIC, was $53.00!! Way too much for what was done but I trust them here and never had a problem ever since I have been going here since 2011. Keep up the good work More
Everyone Hit A Home Run This Day Today's service was great on all levels. I state my reviews honestly and if someone or something rates 5 stars I will not hesitate to say so. Perfec Today's service was great on all levels. I state my reviews honestly and if someone or something rates 5 stars I will not hesitate to say so. Perfection is not a requirement for 5 stars. On a previous occasion, I did not submit a 5 star review. Today was different. It was a busy day. I wasn't even close to being first one line. Of course, I wanted to be serviced within 5 minutes of stepping on the property. Of course I wanted gourmet free snacks as I waited. Of course I wanted a cheaper price for cost of service below the reasonable price quoted to me. That didn't happen. I needed to go home since it would be a while before my car could be serviced. Because I lived in the same city as the service center, I was given a free ride back home and on the return to the service center. I got a lot done this day without everything and everyone being perfect. On this day, everyone at Capital Subaru of Greensboro deserves 5 stars. I don't know about other customers' experience this day but I didn't see or hear any discontent in and out of the waiting room. 5 stars today. More
