2hrs for a scheduled oil and filter change...for 189 dollars Nearly two hundred dollars for an oil amd fiter change, when I had a scheduled appointment, never again. After the work was paid for and completed I m Nearly two hundred dollars for an oil amd fiter change, when I had a scheduled appointment, never again. After the work was paid for and completed I mentioned a noise concern I had for thr sun roof. Tech looked into it, couldn't find any issues but lubed tracks. I opened the sunroof while still in the service department prior to leaving. A mile down the road, the wind deflector detached from the entire right side. I returned to the service department immediately. Welcome agent didnt get tech, rather he diagnosed the issue and went to get glue to reattach the wind deflector. I will not be paying for any work associated to that system if any issues stem from this occurrence. More
