Personal experience and service was very professional Correcting my heater and defroster issues the first time was not met. I traveled over 1000 miles with no heat and defrost capability. I work 12 hours days or nights and with the holidays I cannot get my vehicle back to them timely. So I am waiting to see what the next visit fix my issue. More

Fast and efficient I brought my car in for routine maintenance, plus a state inspection. I had made an appointment, and they began work on my car immediately. I was out the door in about an hour and 10 minutes. One complaint: the waiting room could use an upgrade. There is workspace for those us who need to work while we are there, but the office chairs are too short for the desk height. They are adjustable, but the work counter area is counter height, and the chairs are desk chairs. More

David seemed to understand what I was trying to convey regarding the concerns with my car. They drove it twice & the car did what I described and they were able to repair it. I was provided with a loaner car also. When I picked up my car this past Sat., the check engine light was on and this was handled promptly when I brought my car back Monday of this week. I have peace of mind now that my car is repaired and driving properly. The 2 men and lady who provided me with transportation were also very nice and professional. More

Warranty service I brought my car in for an Airbag warning light. Unfortunately they had to order the part so it took four trips, morning & evening to fix this issue. I brought my car in for an Airbag warning light. Unfortunately they had to order the part so it took four trips, morning & evening to fix this issue. When I picked the car up, I noticed three scratches on the door which appeared to be with a service cart bumping against the car. I then had to leave the car an additional five days until the damage was repaired. Obviously this was all a very big inconvenience but Somi in service was very good to work with and coordinated everything well. He is a great asset for you. More
