The entire service experience has been competent, communicative as well as cost conscious considering the age of my Hyundai. The customer service reps are attentive ... and they do their homework in terms of reviewing service history and service warranties. I could not be more pleased with my service rep, David Fuller. New Employee Performed service that I didn’t authorize. Just don’t let a new employee check you in. She told me my first oil change and tire rotation was complimen Performed service that I didn’t authorize. Just don’t let a new employee check you in. She told me my first oil change and tire rotation was complimentary so I said ok to do it. When I go to pick it up she states she apologized but she was new and that was only for customers that purchased a vehicle there and tried to stick me with a 77.00 charge. I told David what she told me and that was not my problem I was told incorrect and that the service advisor should have contacted me first if she knew I was being charged. David was hesitant but understand and waived the charge. I would recommend for warranty or recall work but definitely not for any regular maintenance like oil change nor maintenance for repair. I had a loose steering coupler that I already knew about and my dad had ordered the part a week before I went in for my airbag recall. My Dad paid 5.00 for the part and it only took him about 45 minutes to an hour to fix. The service department quoted me 295.00!!!!! More
