Always an issue Every time I go to this dealer I never get what I ask from the techs or service writers. I bring my own oil for my oil change and have had to have the Every time I go to this dealer I never get what I ask from the techs or service writers. I bring my own oil for my oil change and have had to have the tech redo the oil change due to him not using my oil. This has happened 3 times. The last tech told me i shouldn't care that he used their filter and his words exactly, "you never buy any of our products" in a very rude tone. They have had to give my oil change to me for free due to these issues. They never offer any additional services, and they do not inform me of regularly scheduled service intervals. I missed the 60k servicing due to them telling me after I requested that info after reaching 60k. I feel crown Acura always kept me informed on what my vehicle needed when I owned and Acura years ago. I am deeply unsatisfied with this service dept and do not want to own a hyundai or subaru if I had to return them for service/warranty work. I am confident they will not do the job correctly. More
Quick and easy All was ok except when I got the bill I was charged $20.95 for tire rotation. I wasn’t aware that I had to pay for that service.
