Engine Replacement Santa Fe broke down 65 miles from home due to campaign 953 done @ Modern Hyundai 72 hours prior. This facility identified problem within 2 hours & is Santa Fe broke down 65 miles from home due to campaign 953 done @ Modern Hyundai 72 hours prior. This facility identified problem within 2 hours & is awaiting a new engine since they are on backorder. Had to rent car from Enterprise due to no loaners available. This situation was very frustrating to say the least but this facility & Ysomi Ayun was very helpful & efficient in identifying the problem. More

These Guys The team was very polite and professional from beginning to end. (receptionist included) My appointment was at 10:30. Worst ever I got There service is worst ever I got. I should have 4 yrs (2 times/yr) oil change contract with them when I purchased car on 2017 but they put 4 times i There service is worst ever I got. I should have 4 yrs (2 times/yr) oil change contract with them when I purchased car on 2017 but they put 4 times instead of 4 yrs in their note and charged me for fifth time and when I contact sales man , he answered that they are right, it is 4 times so I asked how the 4 times came from he still insisted 4 times is right even he agreed 4 yrs and then later he answered they can’t give that contract (8 times total) because they already gave enough oil free and the General manager who I got deal with doesn’t work there any more. It was Worst service experience I ever had. More
