Larry Spates was the first person to answer the phone when I called. I was so impressed with his knowledge and attitude. He knew I had a busy schedule so he offered to bring the new Genesis to me to te when I called. I was so impressed with his knowledge and attitude. There was no question that I was going to buy the car from him that day. He got all of the paperwork ready for me to sign the next day and was so efficient. In addition, he delivered the vehicle and went over every detail to my satisfaction. More
Service Dec 23rd, stranded on highway in SC on Dec 24th Service on 12/23, daughter stranded on 12/24 in SC. I was told I was due to have a thermostat replaced. They replaced thermostat (was not having any Service on 12/23, daughter stranded on 12/24 in SC. I was told I was due to have a thermostat replaced. They replaced thermostat (was not having any issues but service person recommended it). Had transmission flushed and spark plugs replaced. Daughter was driving to Atlanta and I wanted to make sure the car was safe. She called me from South Carolina. She pulled off of the highway because car was overheating. It was Christmas Eve!! She called AAA but they said all they could do was tow.I called my brother who was a mechanic. He said the service mechanic did not leave it running long enough with the cap off and didn't burp it. It got an air lock in it that pushed the water out and caused it to overheat. He was able to facetime my 24 year old daughter and she was able to show him what he needed to see to help her. This whole process took hours. The stress it put on me and my family was totally unnecessary if the mechanic had acted properly.. I am beyond angry. I was trying to do the right thing by getting the car serviced before my daughter was headed out on her trip. But obviously the Captial Hyundai mechanic that worked on my vehicle does not care about his customers. I would not recommend this service department. I am waiting for the service manager to call me back now and I would like a refund on the service that I had that was not needed and actually caused the whole issue. In addition the mechanic should be reprimanded for not following proper procedure. More

Warranty work I had issues with my headlights fading off when driving- replacement parts have been ordered under the warranty & the drivers door handle keyless remo I had issues with my headlights fading off when driving- replacement parts have been ordered under the warranty & the drivers door handle keyless remote stoped working- waiting on a replacement part as well - all warranty work - waiting to get them installed to see if that fixes the problem- so far my advisor David has kept me informed More

That was especially convenient for me because I can check texts, but can’t be getting phone calls at work. Also, the shuttle service they provide is amazing! It is so helpful to have a free ride to and from the dealership. I didn’t have to bother my spouse to leave work early, and didn’t have to ask a coworker or friend for a favor! Shuttle services should absolutely be standard across all dealerships! More

Fantastic!!!!!! I was in on Saturday 5/25/19. I was there for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. I was told my brakes were at 15%. I said I wanted the I was in on Saturday 5/25/19. The staff was able to take care of everything. I was able to make my appointment on time and still get new brakes. More
