After waiting a week, I called the approval authority, learned they had approved the work the same day as submitted (6 days prior) and drove to the dealership to inform the service advisor (no response to voicemail messages left the previous day). I was enrolled in the Military For Life Service Plan, which state that I could receive a complimentary car wash for life along with other allowances. I had no problem getting my car washed the first time, but when I tried to schedule another wash I was met with excuses and straight out rudeness from the service dept. They basically lied and reneged on the offer I signed up for. I am in shock of the way they handled this, so much for honoring a promise to a veteran. I will never buy another vehicle from this place nor recommend them to a friend. Customer service sucks!! Thy don't honor their word or promises. More
