Dropped vehicle off Friday morning to have the TMC programmed. Was told vehicle would be done on Saturday. Vehicle wasn't done until late Monday, and vehicle was lost. I didn’t know Dick Masheter Ford had been brought out or moved. I went for an oil change and a tire rotation. The oil change was supposed to be $5 for the life time that I owned my vehicle. She said that sh moved. I went for an oil change and a tire rotation. The oil change was supposed to be $5 for the life time that I owned my vehicle. She said that she would charge me $40 for both since I didn’t know of the change. They couldn’t do my rotation because they couldn’t get my bolts off. Then told me I needed a filter that was $54. I ended up paying $124 for an oil change a filter after she added about $80 in labor. I won’t be back More
