Great CS I got to the dealership on Saturday at 3:35, not knowing they took the last oil change at 3:30. The serviceman was very polite when he told ne this information, but made sure I did get an oil change and was also done in 30 minutes! That's great customer service. The waiting area was clean. I would definitely recommend Capitol Ford. More

Service Center is Horrible I had a 7:30 am appointment for a simple oil change, and arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle parked outside the closed bay doors. When the d I had a 7:30 am appointment for a simple oil change, and arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle parked outside the closed bay doors. When the doors opened at 7:30 am, I drove in and was directed into the customer service area to check in. I had to wait several minutes while the service tech dealt with someone else. When he finally got around to me, was told that it would be 2 hours before my vehicle could get its's oil change and I could be on my way. When I told the tech I had a 7:30 am appointment, he indicated that there were several other customers who got there before me and that it would be 2+ hrs before my car was serviced and I'd be on my way. When I pointed out to him that this was not true - that I had arrived at 7:10 am and was the first vehicle at the doors and then the first vehicle to drive in, he simply shrugged. And the service area manager wants to now claim that I didn't get there until 8:15 am, and that is not true. Apparently an appointment time means nothing to this dealership, and being a new resident to Charlotte, I can guarantee I will never go to this dealership again. More
Not a happy customer I purchased my car at Capital Ford of Charlotte in January 2018 with an extended warranty. I have had my 2016 Ford Fusion for 5 months now. The last 2 I purchased my car at Capital Ford of Charlotte in January 2018 with an extended warranty. I have had my 2016 Ford Fusion for 5 months now. The last 2 months have been the worst experience of my life. First my AC goes out. I take it to the shop and it already has Dye in it. So I take it to Capital Ford after having my car for a day they tell me I need to pay $700 to get if fixed but they can give me a discount and only charge me $300. I passed on that deal and got it fixed myself. Yesterday 06/28/18 my car broke down in the middle of 85N at 5:00pm. I was scared to death. I was able to turn my car back on and make it to the closest exit. I called a tow truck and had it towed to my mechanic. The error code that came up was “steering assist fault”. My mechanic says I need a new Rack Companion. I called Capital Ford and I tell them what is going on. The guy in service tells me he’s never heard of that code before. That’s funny because when I looked it up it’s a known problem with Fords. I tell him that I really need help and I need my car fixed ASAP. He tells me to call the nearest Ford Dealership to me. I purchased my car from Capital Ford..I’ve spent hours in Capital Ford so why would I want to go somewhere they don’t even know my name? Not only would I never buy a Ford again but I would not go to Capital Ford of Charlotte ever again. In my time of need and confusion about what to do, they did nothing but point me in another direction. The worst customer service ever!! More
