He knew the features of each vehicle and did a nice job of providing a plain language Quick Start for the electronics. Ruined my car & covered it up with lies, instead of apology! I have had the worst experience at Ford these past 3 days. I get a call from one of the advisors(Samantha) the day after I had my oil changed, stating I have had the worst experience at Ford these past 3 days. I get a call from one of the advisors(Samantha) the day after I had my oil changed, stating that I needed to bring my car back due to several recalls.. I own a 2013 Ford Fusion. Capital Ford had my car in possession for two days. I received my car back on Wednesday. Thursday morning, my radio would not work, along with my alarm system and the car Bluetooth. I took my car back for Samantha to check out. She gets into my car and tries to turn the key to start and it wouldn't start the first time, I asked why did it happen, she says "oh, I didn't turn the key all the way" then proceeds to tell me that I would have to bring my car back on Monday due to the long wait they had. I had to have my car towed back on Monday de to it not starting, today (Tuesday) I get a call that I need to have a new battery and also have my radio replaced that I am having to pay out the pocket....HOWWW is it that my car was completely fine before you guys did this recall and being told just last week that my battery was fine...I then speak with the service manager Scott Shirley, who tells me that a battery can easily die while just sitting. It's awful that they are trying to cover up what they messed up, instead of apologizing about it. I am currently without my car due to this issue. So please beware of taking your car to this location. Their advisors and techs are clearly incompetent!! Currently, In the process of filing a claim through the corporate office in Michigan and contacting the better business bureau!!! More

Delighted. We were apprehensive after reading some of the reviews here but A.J. Franks and Cathy Hill were so helpful in answering our questions, taking photos, We were apprehensive after reading some of the reviews here but A.J. Franks and Cathy Hill were so helpful in answering our questions, taking photos, and following up on my requests so we decided to make the 900 mile trip each way and the car was everything they promised. It looks new and A.J. went beyond what you could ever expect. He was wonderful, kind, polite, patient and setting up services such as codes, Bluetooth, and explaining many things about the vehicle’s operation. We left a thrilled customer counting our blessings on the way home. The dealership folks were polite and helpful and we were treated with great courtesies. We can’t say enough good about our experience. Bless you A.J.! More

Kurt and his sales team go above and beyond to make car buying a good experience! I have traded at least 4 times and NEVER a problem! They do what they say! Kurt's sales team< Henry, Oscar, and Steve have always had a GREAT attitude when talking with them. My experience dealing with this dealership has been an awesome ride and I will continue to deal with them and refer people to them! Especially dealing with Kurt and his team! As I said Kurt is as honest as he can be with you! Kudos to this dealership! Let me pay down on this new vehicle Kurt has put me in and I WILL RETURN!
