Purchase a 2020 Lincoln Aviator thru a Buyback Program. This Vehicle has a lot misrepresented issues, which no one is willing to be responsible for. The purchase was performed online and delivered 100 mile This Vehicle has a lot misrepresented issues, which no one is willing to be responsible for. The purchase was performed online and delivered 100 miles to my home. I choice to purchase this caliber of a vehicle thru Capital Ford due to their review ratings. I will not make this mistake again. So I advise anyone purchasing a vehicle from this Dealership to take it to a trustworthy person and have it check out for overall condition. I have also reach out to the Lincoln Division of Ford Motor Co, and they have declined as well. My Family members having been driving Lincolns since 1971. It may be time to look somewhere else, Ford is not the Company it once was. More
I inquired about a vehicle that was used and on auto trader and was told that it needed a tire and would be ready to come look at that day. This vehicle was part of the RAV program, which was explained trader and was told that it needed a tire and would be ready to come look at that day. This vehicle was part of the RAV program, which was explained to me. I got it text message to come schedule the appointment to see the vehicle because it was ready, I schedule the appointment a day ahead and got a call that morning to confirm that I was going to be there when I show up the vehicle interior was completely torn apart and the vehicle was not ready to show at all. It also had a sticker on the front windshield that this vehicle is not for sale , I drove an hour and a half to come look at this vehicle and it was in this kind of shape which was amazing to me. No one had any clue or communicated to me that it was in this kind of shape. I would never trust anyone at that dealership with that kind of communication Performance and poor management has been my experience More
Spoke with Shantelle on their 2020 Mustang GT500. Found out when I asked her if it has a clean title, that the car has a branded title as it is a Lemon Law return. No where in the ad or any "fine p Found out when I asked her if it has a clean title, that the car has a branded title as it is a Lemon Law return. No where in the ad or any "fine print" does it say that in the listing on their website - you only find out if you look at a Carfax or ask someone. Branded title on a 2020 $68K car ?!?!?! Very difficult to get a loan or even insurance - you need to say all this on the ad so I dont waste my time or theirs. A little deceptive I think - you be the judge! More
See recent complaint on consumerfinance. gov on this company and all it's bad reviews on Facebook and really pay attention, honesty, integrity, and forthcoming truth is not in their vocabular gov on this company and all it's bad reviews on Facebook and really pay attention, honesty, integrity, and forthcoming truth is not in their vocabulary. Instead you get violations all over the place of TiLA. 15 USCode 611, 662, and numerous other acts., I personally was given a fake credit report today and lied to about being approved by essentially every sales rep today and especially the sales manager, there's no telling what factors they blatantlyused to discriminate against me today, but the recorded calls, fake paperwork, and continual usage of my credit authorization after committing verbal fraud will be a nice one to process to close out 2024....cheers to the battle ahead, only the strong and honest will prevail. Driving in from Nashville to Charlotte for a convention my Bronco Sport broke down coming into town. I was in an unfamiliar place and didn't know where to go and what was wrong with it. I chose Capital bec my Bronco Sport broke down coming into town. I was in an unfamiliar place and didn't know where to go and what was wrong with it. I chose Capital because of Google reviews and proximity. On the way the car finally wouldn't drive anymore so I had to get it towed. Once I arrived at Capital Ford service center I went in and met Todd the Service Advisor. I told him my whole story and he did everything he could to start making sure I could have the car back if possible by the time I would leave on Friday. Todd worked hard to get the transmission there quickly and he along with Daniel the Service Manager moved techs around who could focus on my vehicle. They even got it done a day before when they heard it would save me a day's cost of a rental vehicle. And they did all the recalls that were needed and found a water pump that was leaking. And got approval to replace it because they didn't want it to go out on me as I traveled back to Nashville. How nice! And all of this was under warranty so they didn't make a bunch of money off of me or anything. They just wanted to help a poor stranded traveler to their city. I can't say enough good things about everyone I worked with their including the shuttle drivers who were great in my time of need. If I lived in Charlotte Capital Ford would be my dealership hands down. More
Beware of this dealership; they have many times told me one thing and changed their mind. Firstly, they had difficulty communicating with my bank regarding the loan. Simply not following up and taking the one thing and changed their mind. Firstly, they had difficulty communicating with my bank regarding the loan. Simply not following up and taking the bank's word on a mistake, I had to step in to help. During this time, they ran my credit several times when I only gave them permission for one instance. They couldn't send the complete information to my bank after the truck was funded and would not respond to the bank; again, I had to step in. The GM and sales managers went against what they had already told me would be needed to release the truck, thus making it an extra-long process. I ended up having to rent a car in the meantime for three days. The sales associate I was working with sent me a video that wasn't of great quality, and when I asked if the truck had any marks, scratches, or defects, he replied that there were none. When I received the truck, there were several scratches and some marks on it, not to mention a detailing job that could only be described as vandalism. Alex told me they would get this fixed, as several people had a similar issue. I informed them about the few quotes I had gotten, and they changed their mind about what they would be willing to pay for. They had to issue a temporary tag because they messed up the registration; they let that expire after ignoring a few emails asking for an update and issued another temporary tag. The most disorganized place of business I've ever seen. More
I went in to get a new battery and right out the gate the salesperson wanted me to go get paperwork for the warranty? After a while I realize what he was saying then I had to approach him again to tell him I salesperson wanted me to go get paperwork for the warranty? After a while I realize what he was saying then I had to approach him again to tell him I wanted a new battery to buy. After learning the computer a while he brings a new battery but doesn’t give me a core charge for my old battery. I had called earlier asking for the price and the lady stated what it was and the receipt was the same amount. He got combative when I asked about it because it took a while for him to do the receipt the first time. I won’t be doing business here again!! More
I asked for a quote on a vehicle from an online ad. The salesperson told me they were a “no haggle” dealership! I received the quote that Included a $799 Admin fee with THAT EVERYONE PAYS in caps, and The salesperson told me they were a “no haggle” dealership! I received the quote that Included a $799 Admin fee with THAT EVERYONE PAYS in caps, and a $598 warranty that is assessed to ALL (again all caps). I asked for explanation of the warranty. It’s a spray-on ceramic coating and a number that gets etched into a fender for “theft deterrent.” I don’t need or want a pseudo ceramic coating and I could just take a BOS and spend 15 minutes at the DMV and save the $799. But, the fees are non-negotiable making the sale price moot. More
