Until I dealt with Capital Eurocars and Tony Taylor specifically I felt having to take a car in for service was similar to a root canal. Tony has changed all that. I let Newmann Auto at Tallahassee replace the headlight bulbs for Audi A4 yesterday late afternoon right before the shop to close. Two mechanics spent about 30 minutes to do the job, so when I tried to pa bulbs for Audi A4 yesterday late afternoon right before the shop to close. Two mechanics spent about 30 minutes to do the job, so when I tried to pay, they said it was complimentary. However, when I drove it back home, I noticed the right headlight was aiming a little bit up, which would bother the drivers in fornt of the car. Unfortunately Newmann doesn't open on Saturday, so I went to Capital EuroCars, where I used to do all kinds of maintenance. When I mentioned this to the guy in service dept whose name is Cameron, he said I should pay for that. Besides, he had to have the mechanic to take the headlight trim out and re-put the bulbs etc. and I had to pay for all. This guy tried to steal my money for adjusting Audi A4 headlight bulb. When Mosse Brown was there, this place was a nice reliable place but this guy? No. I will never go back to Capital EuroCars. NEVER!!! More

My mercedez had to be towed to the dealership. The key was lost by the tow truck driver. Mr. Stafford and his team was very professional and communicated with me not only about the lost key, but how they was lost by the tow truck driver. Mr. Stafford and his team was very professional and communicated with me not only about the lost key, but how they were going to take care of the issue. With the key issue and the holidays; my transmission was fixed and my car was ready for pickup in a timely fashion. Tony Taylor is a tremendous asset to the organization. My problems were created at another location. When I discussed the situation with Tony, he immediately got to work. He took a detailed notes on my problem, got my car in the shop, gave me a diagnosis, made arrangements for me to get home and followed up with me via email (my preference)until my car was fixed. Drives like new. Tony will be the only one I contact for service in the future. The whole experience was a bit expensive, particularily as I had paid others to perform the work previously. In over 40 years of owning cars I have never dealt with a service manager like Tony Taylor. He is the best! He always has a smile and does his best to move you in and out as quickly as possible. The service I received at this service department is best fitting for a Mercedes Dealership. There is nothing lacking. I enjoy waiting in the waiting room. When I have a question about the service or a specific part and its purpose I receive detail information. I like the fact that I deal with the same person every time I come back. The attendant that sits at the checkout desk is also very courteous. Every trip to the dealership feels so comfortable. Being in Sales myself; I recognize that the employees like Anthony Taylor value every customer. I'm glad I selected this dealership for my services. More
