Joe was wonderful I went to get my Mercedes serviced. Replacing exterior part! Parke Stafford was great! His patience with me was amazing! Thank you! However, the car wash was terrible. Service Department Ordered new tires on June 17th received a call on June 18th and first appointment on June 20th at 7:30 am which was (perfect). Left car and walked ove Ordered new tires on June 17th received a call on June 18th and first appointment on June 20th at 7:30 am which was (perfect). Left car and walked over Enterprise at the BMW lot but Enterprise had not arrived and they sent someone to pick me up and take me to their office. Once there a car had not been reserved as I had asked for. Finally, 45 minutes later they gave me a Hyundai which smelled of cigarettes and had ashes all over the seat and floor. Later that day received a text message at 4:50 on June 20th my car that was supposed to be ready with 4 new tires and A1 service they could not get to it that day it would be ready on June 21st. I received another text message at 5:00 pm that car was done but I called and spoke to William (Bill) to say I was in Jacksonville and would be there on Saturday. Customer service at this location needs improvement. This is the 2nd time I've had a problem with reserving a rental car. When spending 1800.00 or more for service I do expect customer service to be just a little better and knowing I have something to drive to get to work is even better. More

Mercedes towed in to Capital Eurocars I would highly recommend Capital Eurocars to anyone!!!! My honda HAD a Judder BUT now its all fixed. I recently had to get my newly purchased vehicle serviced I took it back to Capital eurocars I was helped by Brian in the service department and there I recently had to get my newly purchased vehicle serviced I took it back to Capital eurocars I was helped by Brian in the service department and there was an issue with the vehicle he explained it to me he contacted me every other day just to make sure that I was aware of every step that my vehicle was experiencing he was Beyond helpful he remained in contact with me the entire time that they had my vehicle I got my vehicle back two days later and it's running perfectly More
