Fortunately, Parke was able to make sure my service was done as I fully expected to be told they were booked. I have always found Parke to be very professional and courteous when dealing with customers. And, to his credit, he followed through with a phone call at the end of the day to try to determine why the online scheduling did not work. Hopefully that has been resolved as it is a very convenient way to schedule service at the dealership. More
