Rating only for May 21, 2020 visit Came to Capital Eurocars to pick up our Mercedes that had been in for service for over a week. It became clear that several issues had not been addre Came to Capital Eurocars to pick up our Mercedes that had been in for service for over a week. It became clear that several issues had not been addressed by the service agent. Lorraine stepped in. She gathered the information from service agent and the service mechanics and the service manager. After assessing the situation, she took action in a calm manner. She was positive with the staff not chastising them but seeing it as a training opportunity. We returned with the car the next week to complete the service. I was very impressed by her professionalism and that her personally handling of a customer issue. More

Service obtained for my sl550 I recently had my sl550 serviced for a battery sensor light that appeared on my cluster of lights on dashboard! Joe Trozzo was very helpful in fixing I recently had my sl550 serviced for a battery sensor light that appeared on my cluster of lights on dashboard! Joe Trozzo was very helpful in fixing the problem and allowing me the use of a loaner car ! He fixed the problems in a short time and so happy with the the service received! I have been doing business with Capital Eurocars for decades and will continue to rely on them to keep my MB running in tip tops sharpe! Thank you capital Eurocars and especially Joe Trozzo! More

I have maintained my BMW exactly as manufacturer recommends. I have low miles but my warranty is up so after spending over $2k. My check engine came back on 2 days later so I took my car back a week recommends. I have low miles but my warranty is up so after spending over $2k. My check engine came back on 2 days later so I took my car back a week later and they said it had nothing to do with what they had previously worked on and charged me another 3.5k .Brian the service advisor was very nice and did all he could to help me, this is no reflection of the service I received from him.
