Customer Service On August 11, 2020, I had a pre-scheduled appointment at Capital Eurocars to have my vehicle serviced. Upon arrival, the gentlemen personally sanitize On August 11, 2020, I had a pre-scheduled appointment at Capital Eurocars to have my vehicle serviced. Upon arrival, the gentlemen personally sanitized my vehicle to make certain there were no germs transmitted to the customer and others in the general area. Also, Capital Eurocars method of practicing good safety measures was definitely representation of Good Customer Service especially during these unusual times of COVID-19. In addition, Mr. William Gilkes, Service Consultant assisted by asking questions regarding the reason for my visit and provided an approximate time that the service would be complete. Moreover, Mr. Gilkes, contacted me telephonically to indicate that my vehicle was ready for pick-up as well as advised me of the condition of my rear tires and provided price-points for purchasing new tires. Customer Service I enjoyed working with Mr. Gilkes. But also, he provided good customer service, especially as it relates to my loaner vehicle. When I arrived to Capit I enjoyed working with Mr. Gilkes. But also, he provided good customer service, especially as it relates to my loaner vehicle. Shortly afterward, he provided documents for signature and further indicated that the driver (Capital Euro) would transport me to Enterprise where I would pick-up a loaner vehicle until Capital Euro repaired my car.
