If you take your vehicle in for a recall be prepared to spend at least $2000 or more. They told me they couldn't do the recall unless I got some other stuff done. I had no idea it was going to cost me almost $3000. Also I was told to have my vehicle towed because the recall had something to do with the brakes. I never got reimbursed the $165 for the tow fee. From now on I will drive to Jacksonville to get my vehicles serviced. I was told that this is a practice of theirs. I wouldn't be surprised if Morgan And Morgan start asking people to come fourth and file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. More
My daughter, a first time buyer purchased a BMW 330i. After 3 weeks of having the car the coolant light came on. We made contact with the service Dept., brought the car in, they didn’t give her a loaner After 3 weeks of having the car the coolant light came on. After having the car for 2 weeks and us having to continuously call, it was finally determined that the vehicle had 3,000 dollars worth of repairs. Service advisor told us that the car had overheated in the pass and that it will continue to have issues. They wanted her to pay for the repairs, i mad a huge issue and continued to call until we had some kind of justice. They covered the cost now here again they’ve had her car for again 2 weeks and now they’re saying the repairs a 900 dollars. Service advisor was adamant about they dealer should just buy the car back due to the damages that was done upon her buying buying it. They’ve been giving us the run, passing us from one person to another. Can’t talk to anyone in person no response to emails. I went to 3 dealerships looking for Crawford Atkins and Joe Green they’ve been dodging us. At this point my daughter doesn’t want the car, because it’s a lemon. Both times she was stranded at 5:30 in the morning in her sheriff uniform. They basic guarantee that they conduct a 101 inspection which is false advertising, because gas it had been done those issues would’ve been found upon putting it out for sale. Finally they came back with 2 options she pays for the cost of repair or they buy the car back for less than she purchased it. Both are unfair, because the vehicle obviously had preexisting issues!! She should not have to be responsible for anything. She saved 4,000 down for a payment for a car that she thought would be reliable. They get your money and don’t car anything about you after that!! We are still trying to talk to someone as her car is still there, no resolution, no loaner vehicle or anything. This is unsatisfactory service More

I have purchased or leased numerous luxury vehicles over the past 4 decades and have had uniformly great experiences until this dealership. The car in question is a Porsche Taycan and was there for recall i the past 4 decades and have had uniformly great experiences until this dealership. The car in question is a Porsche Taycan and was there for recall issues and was purchased in another state. The seat belt assembly was replaced on both front seats which took 3 weeks for completion. After repair, the passenger seat was apparently not tested and now the seat belt alarm rings incessantly anytime someone sits in the passenger seat. The car must now be returned for more work to eliminate this problem. Additionally, this was a leased car which we wanted to purchase. We contacted the dealership weeks prior to the end of the lease and were told that they could handle the transition. No one ever returned our calls. We got a new person every time we called to set up the purchase and after 2 weeks of repetitive calls and 4 different people in sales and finance, we were told the day before the end of the lease that we must return the car there in person in order for the purchase to occur. It turns out that the car can be purchased directly from Porsche without any of the turmoil that this dealership now says we need to do. This dealership is very very small and does not look or feel like any other Porsche dealership I have ever encountered. We live in a different small city and will not visit this dealership for any reason again. We will drive to Atlanta in the future. This does not meet the standards of a typical Porsche dealership. I have had my volvo for three years. I have allowed no other service department to provide service other than capital euro cars. Money is not a problem. Whatever they recomended for my car I would make sure it is done. There 4 point inspection is horrible. They have never checked my tires or if they have never reported it to me. I had to replace all four tires. Although i know eventually the tires need to be replaced i was looking to the service team to let me know about my tires. I look to them to tell me what is going on with my car and they have not. .I honestly dont believe that the service department changed my oil the last time my car was there for maintenance. My oil still says 100% after 10000 miles. They always forget to top of fluids. Three weeks after completing the service on my car my windshield wiper fluid is empty. They offer a free car wash and vacum but only vacum the front of the vehchle. I leave messages for both service rep and manager and do not receive a call back. Although, I only have tried to call 4 times over the last 4 months with these issues and no call back. Therefore, I will be taking my business were it is appreciated and i can trust the service department. I need good services I can trust and depend on. More
