After the typical run around i.e. sitting in the dealership all day. Finally, get our vehicle, only to find out it doesn't come with floor mats. I guess it was my bad for not asking, but I assumed that was a standard option. The salesman said he could get us some at a discount, I guess buying a van isn't enough. Had I have known, I would have told them I wasn't going to buy it, unless floor mats were included. They had me at that point, because the paperwork was signed. Watch out for these guys, and never take anything for granted.... On second thought, maybe I should check to see if there's an air filter, because I didn't see that on the window sticker! read less More
I just traded in a very good 2009 Ford F150 for a 2006 GMC Envoy. I figured something was up when I drove off the lot after the dealership had closed and the check engine light came on. Needless to say, t GMC Envoy. I figured something was up when I drove off the lot after the dealership had closed and the check engine light came on. Needless to say, there was plenty of undisclosed damage to the Envoy and I had to put in over $2000 worth of repairs one day after I drove off the lot. I have been told multiple times by MULTIPLE employees there that we will be receiving a phone call from sales management. Three weeks later, no phone call or emails replied to. It is an absolute shame to think that a scummy dealership like this is able to operate. I have since put in a complaint with the BBB and hope to hear something shortly seeing as it has been a full month and I have heard NOTHING from the dealership yet. More
I looked on the Internet for my car and emailed the Internet Department questions on the 2012 Chrysler 200. They where prompt and very helpful in helping me make my decision. I was so comfortable wi Internet Department questions on the 2012 Chrysler 200. They where prompt and very helpful in helping me make my decision. I was so comfortable with talking to them that I went ahead and bought the Chrysler 200... It was the best experience that I ever had at a dealership. I had problems with getting my phone hooked up with Blue Tooth and they had me go to service and the gentlemen had me hooked up in less than a minute. I dont think that I will go anywhere else to buy another car but here. I will let all my friend know!!!!!!!! Thanks guys :-) More

On February 20, my fiance and I test drove a used vehicle from Capitol City Chrysler. While on the test drive, I commented to the salesperson, Jill Record, that the low fuel warning was on. She told me the from Capitol City Chrysler. While on the test drive, I commented to the salesperson, Jill Record, that the low fuel warning was on. She told me they don't keep much fuel in the vehicles while they are on the lot, but if we made the purchase, they'd fill it to half a tank. We decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. After the paperwork was complete, we were informed that "we can't put fuel in used cars" by the very same salesperson that told me that they would. After leaving the dealership, I realized that my license plate hadn't been removed from the vehicle that I traded in. I called Jill (approximately 20 minutes after leaving), and asked that she remove it and hold it for me. She said that would be no problem. About 8 days later, I returned to the dealership to retrieve my license plate and the state inspection slip for the vehicle, and find out when they had serviced it. This was when I found out that my trade-in vehicle had been sent to the wholesale auction with my license plate still on it. I also learned that the vehicle we purchased had not been inspected or serviced. Jill told me to bring it in and they would perform the inspection and service free of charge, since it should have been done prior to my purchase. On March 8, I returned to Capitol City Chrysler for the previously mentioned inspection and service. During the inspection, the vehicle was found to have a loose tie rod end, which Capitol City replaced free of charge, and the vehicle was also aligned free of charge, as that is necessary following the repair of steering components. On March 10, I took the vehicle to Joe Machens Ford for some additional service work. During the visit to Machens, the technician found that the front brakes on the truck were due for replacement. $170 later, the vehicle has new front brakes. I returned to Capitol City to discuss the issue with them. Jill directed me to the GM of the dealership. He informed me that Capitol City would do absolutely nothing for me. He remarked that Machens had "sold me brakes I didn't need" (I have the pads that came off, they were due for replacement). I told him I would never be doing business there again, at which point he began mocking me and telling me he's heard it all before. Apparently they're in the habit of screwing customers over. He also threatened to sue me for slander if I chose to share my experience publicly. I pointed out that they had sold me a vehicle with an empty fuel tank. He replied, "I don't have to put gas in those cars." I also informed him that my trade-in had been sent to the auction with my license plate on it. "That was a mistake," was the best he could come up with in response. Capitol City Chrysler will certainly not receive another penny from me. More
This dealership goes above and beyond expectations to make sure their customers are satisfied. I bought a Dodge Charger in '09. I got something in my tire, and since my brother-in- law does not do 18" tires, I told my wife "take it to the dealership. It will cost little bit more, but at least we tire, and since my brother-in- law does not do 18" tires, I told my wife "take it to the dealership. It will cost little bit more, but at least we will get a good job". When I saw the repaired tire, I saw a plug. I called the dealership immediately. They said they put in a "patch plug". Ok. Two years later the plug starts leaking (I'm not expecting any warranty, just honesty} my wife brings it in and they said they could only sell us a set of four tires. Suspicious, I told my wife to bring it home. I went to a man that I can trust and he dismounted the tire. What did I see? A freakin plug! The kind that you use offroad. I took the piece of plug that was left to the dealership and the service salesman said that they never did that. 1) there was a plug and not a patch plug. They saved a bunch by not taking the tire off of the rim. 2)The guy in front of me said me they did not use " patch plugs" I grabbed one from another service writer and said: " What the heck Is this?" Caught in a lie, they said that is what they used. I looked at the fibrous loop that could not possibly be the rubber part of the "patch Plug", but a fibrous loop of goo of a plug that did not require dismounting the tire. I told them they should understand why we did not do oil changes and why we were not going to buy the tires they recommended. 3)They still opposed the truth. Customer Is wrong. Don't buy from dishonesty. More
