Been at their shop in and out the entire time we’ve owned it. After replacing a new starter, new battery, and new temperature gauge it is still having the same problems and still leaking water into the floors. When I first test drove it there was water on the floor but I was assured by the salesman Alex that it was fixed after he unclogged the drain. He said he was 100 percent sure it was fixed and if the problems persisted then they would take the car back or exchange but it turns out he lied. Yes they offered to pay for a very small portion of the repairs we have had to pay for so that is for the 1 star but now after the problems still persisting we just ask for it to be returned or exchanged as he told me they would but now he says they can’t help us, hangs up on us, ignores our calls, and threatens to call the police when we come to just talk. I do not know how these people can get away with this robbery but I will be contacting a lawyer. I hope anyone reading this will take my warning and take your hard earned money elsewhere. The amount of reviews I have now read claiming these people sell lemon cars is very concerning. More

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!! They are nice when selling you a car, when you try to follow up to find out where your title is, they just keep saying. AFTER DRIVING THE CAR FOR LESS THEN 100 MILES THE HEAD GASKET BLEW!! TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET IT FIXED! OIL CHANGE CRITICAL LIGHT CAME ON AS SOON AS I GOT THE CAR BACK. AFTER 4 CALLS AND NO ONE RETUNING MY CALL ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER EVEN CHANGED THE OIL BEFORE SELLING THE CAR. RUDE OWNER WHO WAS HASSLING ME AS I WAS REMINDED I WAS NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THIS CAR ONLY TO HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS AS WELL AS THE RUN AROUND. I am now driving illegally because this company cant seem to get their act together. 2 months really??? the temp plate works for 30 days, I kept calling them and stopping by and they said it should be any day, then i called the dmv and they said they have received nothing. Then when I went back to the dealership they told me that they just brought it down a few days ago. What were they doing for the last 29 days. Well they said they bring them all in together. Not what they told me the first time as it should not take long at all was all a crock. Why would they lie? Then they had to put another set of temp plates on as now they said there was something about the place they bought it from and the paperwork got screwed up - not my problem. it has now been another 30 days plus and i am tired of calling and getting nowhere! For 66 plus days and still nothing. I paid 6 grand for this car and have had major problems and lack of customer service. One of the employees/owner ALEX was also very rude to me! Having to be with no car for a month as I waited patiently while it was getting fixed while i had no means of transportation. regarding the oil change - I thought this was perhaps a glitch or something incorrect with the computer system, so i called several times and left messages. Finally after calling again - and complaining that no one even calls me back it turns out they never even changed the oil---REALLY. you would think when you are selling a car - a used one it is almost a given that the oil would be changed - but after 2 weeks of calling this was the answer I got. A few months ago I moved back from nyc and did not have a car. After having a few back surgeries an lots of medical bills as well as not being able to work -- my big plan was to drive for uber and lyft. 3 months of being in limbo. This company has cost me lots as I have not been able to do this because of car malfunctions, no legit plates, and for almost a month I did not even have the car. I had to borrow friends and families cars, rent cars, and sadly even take the bus. because of their lack of professionalism and complete lack of urgency i am still not able to make money because of absent and deficient horrible customer service and professionalism. How patient can someone be. I want my money back as this nightmare has to end. What should have been a simple transaction has turned sour. Crappy customer service especially from one of the owners and horrible timing. My last attempt was recently when I spoke to another person there and told him about still no plates and what was the deal with the oil. I was not looking for something free I just wanted to know if the computer just needed to be reset or in fact the oil needed to be changed. Finally someone told me the truth ---. No, the oil was not changed --- the same conversation I had asked Steven to have the owner Adrian call me as I was very distraught with the whole process. That was over 2 weeks ago, No CALL BACK. Adrian was the nicest to me during this fiasco but has not been in contact with me---still no call, no plates, no oil change, no nothing. Just me driving around in a car with illegal plates. My husband got a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta from this place and we have had nothing but problem after problem from the day we brought it home. The salesman said the car was in perfect working condition with no problems. When we were about to sign the papers, we realized there was a problem with the door switch. We mentioned it and he admitted he knew and he was planning to get it fixed the next day (of course he coincidentally left that part out). When we went back to get the car, it was fixed (or so we thought). A few days after having it, that same door no longer could be opened from the outside. After a couple more days, the panic alarm started RANDOMLY going off all throughout the day and night and woke us and our neighbors up. We couldn’t make it stop besides leaving the car unlocked, which wasn’t an option. Eventually, that ended up burning out his battery and from then on we haven’t been able to unlock/lock any of the car doors besides one with the key remote. We took it on vacation about a month later and his clutch gave out on us and we had to get towed back home (costing $1,000) AND they found a leak. On top of that, we noticed his car was burning oil excessively. He used synthetic oil and had to add 2 quarts of oil every 3,000 miles or less. Also, his air condition gave out in the middle of the summer while I was 8 months pregnant, which was HORRIBLE!!!! And he had an evap leak and also had to get his thermostat replaced, which was going to cost him a decent amount of money. Thankfully, we were able to get rid of the car and trade it for something else, but here is the worst part....We paid about $7,000 in cash for this car, but got told it was worth $650 when trying to trade it in!!! And that’s AFTER we have spent thousands to fix all the problems that came with it! There were several more problems that came with this car that I did not mention, but the bottom line is we got lied to about the condition of the car, got completely ripped off, and we lost lots and lots of money. I WOULD NOT recommend buying from Capital City Auto Brokers to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!! More

Honest I came here to look at a mercury mountaineer. I called and spoke with adrian. He informed me that the truck would need rear shocks in the future, they I came here to look at a mercury mountaineer. I called and spoke with adrian. He informed me that the truck would need rear shocks in the future, they could either put new ones on and the car would be full price or they could give me a discount and allow me to fix it when i felt it needed it. I ended up buying the truck at a small discount since the shocks didnt bother me enough to replace them. Overall i was happy they communicated the issues of the truck to me and allowed me to choose how we wanted to move forward. More
