Not particularly friendly atmosphere. Person who checked me in kept telling me the extra I had requested when I filled out the service form online couldn’t be done. He made excuses. You don’t make a customer wrong when the form you filled out had an area to request other service All he had to say was let me are what I can do. In the end, without telling me he did have the problem looked at. Could. It be solved that day.
