I preordered a Lyriq for my wife and I'm being told by Capital Cadillac that there will be a $3995 film protection package that I have to purchase. I am ordering a new $70,000 Lyriq and was told that they would add film protection package at $4995.00. WHAT A DISHONEST WAY ADD A MARK UP OVER THE MSRP. I ASKED FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER AND HE TOLD THEY ADD would add film protection package at $4995.00. WHAT A DISHONEST WAY ADD A MARK UP OVER THE MSRP. I ASKED FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER AND HE TOLD THEY ADD THAT TO EVERY CAR THEY SELL. SO BEWARE EVERYONE !!!! ! How can you add that to a factory order that I have already agreed to price from factory that is MSRP when you order from GM. This film protection is not on the car when it leaves the factory. I stated I did not want it and General Manager said we add it to all cars. So I am asking the owner of Capital Cadillac to honor the factory price with out these Packages. I bet he will not call me.
