Worst dealership ever Took my 2005 Dodge ram 2500 in for safety recall on the airbags it took them 3 days to get the truck back to me I picked it up around there closing ti Took my 2005 Dodge ram 2500 in for safety recall on the airbags it took them 3 days to get the truck back to me I picked it up around there closing time on Saturday I noticed that the headlights were on but I thought maybe they turned them on I drove it home the next morning me and my family went on a week long vacation .a few days after returning I drove the truck to my moms who lives 15 miles away that is when I noticed that I had no high beam lights when I got to her house I checked everything I had no horn, turn signals , windshield wipers,high beam,fog lights so I tried to take it back up there 3 times they where always to busy they would say bring it tomorrow they finally looked at it and told me it wasn't there fault and they can fix it for a thousand dollars I live a little over 30 miles away I have documents when I went back up there 3 times and when they finally looked at it I had only put 220 miles on it so now it's my fault I went on vacation I guess . I do know one thing it will be a cold day in xxxx before I would let them touch anything I had again More

Awful Brought truck in at 7:40am for oil change, state inspection and to check a possible coolant leak. No call back all day. Had to call 3 times to get someone and at 4pm finally got sales manager only to tell me they can't get in done today. Showed up after 5 to pick it up and they didn't even get the oil changed or inspection. Just awful service... this is why people laugh when you tell them you're taking your vehicle to a dealership for service. More
