No one at the dealership answers the phone including the receptionist. The one time I did get through to the front desk, it was shortly after 4:00pm to check on my car, Michelle answered, she was very rude receptionist. The one time I did get through to the front desk, it was shortly after 4:00pm to check on my car, Michelle answered, she was very rude and spoke with a bad attitude. I simply asked for Brent (whom I was dealing with in service) she said "He's in the meeting just like everybody else!" When I finally did get through I was put on hold and told that they were checking the status on my car. I held for 25 minutes and when Brent got on the phone he had no idea what I was holding for. There is a general feeling of UNfriendliness in the service dept. Brents body language indicated he was unhappy and acted as if I was a waste of his time. I needed a couple of things looked at on my car one of which was an oil leak. Brent stated that the techs couldn’t see a leak because there was mud/dirt under the car. I wonder if they had cleaned the dirt off if they could have found the leak. In my opinion an oil leak is very serious and could cause serious engine damage. I have yet to pick-up my car and hope for better treatment. Horrible customer service at this dealership. I will NOT return and will NOT recommend. More
