Never buy a warranty through them, especially if you buy a brand new car. Bought a brand new 2022 Rav4 prime June, 2022. Since this was my first ever brand new car, I bought all the warranty’s. One was a $5 a brand new car. Bought a brand new 2022 Rav4 prime June, 2022. Since this was my first ever brand new car, I bought all the warranty’s. One was a $500 nano glaze for the body of the car and another $500 for the windshield. Fast forward to this year in July where I got rear ended. I had the car fixed at a body shop, but they couldn’t apply the nano glaze for me and told me to contact Toyota for that part. It took me over 2+ weeks talking to several employees with a promise of a call back from their manager to help “resolve” this issue. Never got a call back. Finally after my 5th attempt a woman told me to call the Nano glaze company to get a claim initiated. Called this morning and the man sounded annoyed and stated “this is very unnecessary, the company you bought this product from can just apply it for you, but I’ll email you the application to make a claim”. I had an oil change scheduled today at 9am at Toyota anyway &told the specialist about the problem. He stated “I’ve worked here for 9 years and 3 years at this location and I have never seen that paper before.” Which was my warranty paperwork. From his tone I felt like I was a bother to his Friday day. I asked if he could help assist with the crack in the window as the woman on the phone who gave me the claim number said he could put it in his notes and we could figure out a plan to help fix that too. He told me he would talk to his manager and get back to me. Surprisingly he did, and said he had some good news that he would be able to get the chip fixed, but still unsure about the glaze because Toyota no longer works or sells with that nano glaze company so they are unsure how to continue but he would talk with his manager again. He called again around 3:30pm asking if my insurance would pay for the nano glaze because toyota doesn’t work with that company but Toyota still has some of their product left but I would still have to pay for it. I said well my insurance company didn’t pay for the repairs because I wasn’t at fault, the girl who hit me did. He said oh, let me get back to you on what we will have to do. An hour later I get a email saying my car was ready for pick up, followed by a text and a call. It seemed odd as before when I bought my car brand new, I had to bring it to Toyota& it took a couple days for them to apply the glaze&let cure. We checked out &the specialist basically said that the only other place that does this now is the Glendale Toyota which is two hours away and that “basically any company can sell warranty’s and if they no longer to business with them than that’s that.” I honestly felt like I was a xxx because I wanted them to fulfill my warranty. I thanked him for going the extra mile for me but at the same time with any other business, you always “hear” stories how their customer service agents will go above and beyond for their customers. I wasn’t asking for the world, there was nothing on the paper that stated if Toyota is no longer working with us, then this warranty is no longer valid. I also thought it was very wrong and scam like that even though Toyota no longer works with the Nano Glaze company anymore, that just because they don’t, they would 1) make the customers pay again for whatever product they (Toyota) have left even though I spent over $1000 on these warranty’s 2) give the run around to their customers trying to get their warranty’s honored by Toyota and 3) not even send any sort of notice to all the customers who already purchased these warranty’s and just say “that’s how it is”. It honestly makes you lose all faith and that these scam artists can sell you anything and one day say “oh sucks to suck” basically. When we left I noticed two front scuffs/ scratch marks that could have been made by anyone leaning up the car. He came back and said well the car was so dirty that you could have missed it, but we can review the pictures if you want. I was done by that point. More

Every time I bring my vehicle for service, my representative Robert always takes care of my vehicle and his prompt and accurate and I enjoy bringing my van there, Toyota so thank you and keep up representative Robert always takes care of my vehicle and his prompt and accurate and I enjoy bringing my van there, Toyota so thank you and keep up the good job. I just wish prices for repairs wouldn’t be so high considering we buy a vehicle there we should get a discount we buy a vehicle there member pricing. More
