Given that it was a Friday afternoon when the car was serviced and Saturday, when it was completed and Paul Bojescu wasn't there, might have been the reason though. Also, I left my window down and offered to roll it up myself before turning in the car for service. I was told that someone would roll it up for me. To my dismay, no one rolled up the window.
