Hi Gina: Love seeing a lady in charge. In rereading the review I feel like I made to much of the small issues and not enough about how wonderful the staff was and how happy I am with the car. The warranty was totally my idea. No pressure was put regarding that. I just am a realist. If I never have to use it, it is a waste. If something goes wrong then it will be worth it. If you knew me you would know I was a big time worrier so it is better that I spent the extra money on it. The real test will come if I have to use the service department for anything. Service departments. these days are not customer service oriented. I have heard different about your service dept. and hopefully that will be true when and if I have to come in. As for the small imperfections. I will not sweat it. Thank you for taking the time to write me back and hope to meet you one of these days. Will keep your info in case of issues that I can't resolve elsewhere. Sincerely Jackie Alfaro
