Hi Scott, It's great to see you received the quality service you deserved from Dan. Regarding the Lifetime Oil Change agreement made between you and the previous owner, when you signed this agreement with the previous owners, it stated that this will be honored as long as the previous owner owned and operated the dealership. We are following the agreement and we will provide you with the oil change when regular recommended maintenance is performed. For example, if your vehicle needs a 70,000-mile service, all of the recommended maintenance items by Toyota must be performed and the oil change will be deducted from the total. As for the car wash, we will be remodeling our facility soon and when we do, we will be installing a state-of-the-art car wash system that recycles 95% of the water that it uses.
