Forouz was one of the best sales associates I have worked with. Very friendly, knowledgable, and personable. Great service and excellent communication during the service and repairs. Other Car dealers advertise 5* experience, but Capistrano Mazda delivers!! Cyrena is one of the reasons for that! She keeps me service and repairs. Other Car dealers advertise 5* experience, but Capistrano Mazda delivers!! Cyrena is one of the reasons for that! She keeps me informed during the entire process....and she makes sure all needed service is done on each visit! Mechanics are great! Cyrena, did a great job on keeping me informed on my cars progress which turned out to have a very difficult to diagnose issue. She put me into a loaner car after the 1st week that the car was at the dealers progress which turned out to have a very difficult to diagnose issue.
