When I called Mazda they gave me good, accurate information about when I could bring the car in for service. Fredy was freindly and gave me clear information about what services my car needed. He communicated easily about prices and emailed the service estimate to me at my request. It took a few days for the work to be completed, but my husband says that Nissan had his truck for over a week and that kind of thing is normal with he dealerships. In the past I have gone to a small family owned mechanic in Lake Forest. Since I was towing the car from San Clemente, I thought I'd try Capo Mazda. When the car was ready to be picked up, it was freshly washed and vacuumed. Now my car is back to normal ready for many more miles. I'll be back to Capo Mazda in the future. More

Best Customer Service i have ever experienced at a Dealer In summary: -I will only come to this dealer for my Mazda even though it is 30 miles from where i live and there are two other Mazda dealers within 5 In summary: -I will only come to this dealer for my Mazda even though it is 30 miles from where i live and there are two other Mazda dealers within 5 and 10 miles. The below points summarize why: -Technicians at this dealer know there Mazda's inside out even older and rare to come by models (2006 Mazda RX8). Details in my story below. -Services specialists at this dealer are not sales people trying to inflate your bill by selling you things you don't need, your wallet is treated as if it was their own. Details in my story below. -You are treated like a family member and everyone is professional, helpful, smiling and going the extra mile to keep you satisfied. Details in my story below. -You ore offered a courtesy car, even for a simple oil change! -Saying that prices are competitive is an under statement, they are at least 50% below competitors based on my experience. Details in my story below. Long story short, i have a 2006 out of country Mazda RX-8 with a modified cold air intake. It failed the smog test at a thrid party smog station. This started my journey from one mazda dealer to another to get the situation fixed. From dealers with technicians not understanding what they need to do and claiming the only way is to put it back to factory to dealers that claim they know what needs to be done and have you chasing after them to get an estimate... In summary i suffered to get answers only to find out that they were incorrect and i was being ripped of because technicians lack of expertise and dealer greed. I am so Glad i decided to drive all the way to Mazda Capistrano. Fredy Campos, steped out from behind the counter brought a technician to take a look and within 5 minutes from being at the dealer i had a quote, (arround 480$ while the 2 other dealers quoted me, 1700$ and 1900$ after 2 weeks of follow up and chasing). It has been a while that my car hadn't been serviced, and other dealers where trying to push 30K mile service packages for 400$, Fredy said we shal do a simple oil check and inspection, if we find things that need your attention we will call and inform you... I was offered a courtesy car to keep while the missing parts were received and the job completed, got a Mazda 6 with only 10 Miles on it. Other dealer didn't offer courtesy cars, they actually said i had to rent it!! The battery on my remote was dead, Freddy on the spot popped in a new battery, that i was not even charged for. The Moto at Mazda Capistrano is smileage guaranteed, in all honesty i am still smiling. More

I could not bring myself to let him drive a car in this condition. So, I have stopped by Capistrano Mazda to check what would be the cost and time expectation for this repair. Not only the parts department had the part in stock but also Mr. Fredy Campos wend with me outside (during rain) and installed that part for me.
