I was greeted by an extremely warm and friendly Service Advisor, Fredy Campos. He was exceptionally proficient at getting my paperwork going and within minutes I was enjoying the cool waiting area, relaxing and reading through some old emails. After a short bit of time I got a call from Fredy and my car service was completed, washed and ready to go. They even updated the entertainment software in the vehicle and replaced a cabin filter at no charge. I'm not sure getting an oil change would be on anyones top 10 things to do on a Saturday morning but being that's it a necessity to maintain your automobile investment I can honestly say that I can't imaging a more seamless experience than I received at Capistrano Mazda. Fredy was just plain wonderful to interact with, the technician that performed the work was clean, thoughtful and respectful of my semi-clean-freak nature by not leaving any oily fingerprints all over (like I experienced at other places)... even the gentleman that washed my car did a fabulous job and was extremely friendly. Job well done Capistrano Mazda team! More

Superb Service! I brought my 2016 CX9 in to have remote start installed. Hector Arvieu did the installation and did an excellent job. The remote start worked perfectly and whoever washes the cars as well, always cleans the exterior and interior of the vehicle immaculately prior to pick up. I was having trouble loading the app on my IPhone for the remote start and even though The service rep, Hector Campos was super busy, he took the time to complete the registration for me. He was so helpful and patient and very professional. I can't thank them all enough. I refer all my friends to Capo Mazda for the exceptional customer service, best vehicles and very reasonable prices for the quality received. Thank you soooo much! More

Quick and Easy I was having trouble with the fob for my Mazda CX-5. I called the Capistrano Mazda Service Department and explained what was happening. Fredy knew immediately what my issue was and told me to come in and he'd take care of it. When I made that call I was sure it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix. I went in and both gentlemen in the office met me with a smile. I explained that I called earlier, and Fredy remembered our conversation. He took my fob apart, replaced the battery (and didn't make me feel stupid because I didn't know how to change it myself), and sent me away, a happy camper. There was no charge for fixing my "broken fob". Dealerships just don't have customer service like that any more, so I'm super happy! More
