Amazing experience I have a 2012 Mazda 3 & went to get a smog, when the check engine light popped on. I took it to "my local mechanic" and they told me they needed to re I have a 2012 Mazda 3 & went to get a smog, when the check engine light popped on. I took it to "my local mechanic" and they told me they needed to replace the entire instrument panel! $1,200!!! YIKES. Nothing was wrong with my car, it was just giving errors from the electrical system to the engine & would not pass smog because of this. I decided to pick up the car & take it to the Mazda dealer. To my surprise, there was a new one just a few exits down the freeway from me. They were so helpful & friendly & even gave me a loaner while they diagnosed my car! The GOOD news came the next day when my car DID pass smog. They found out they needed to reset a couple of the computer circuits. I am so thankful that I found this place! Fredy Campos was so knowledgeable & helpful & the entire staff is so friendly & really cares about the service they give. Julie made it so easy to get me set up in the loaner & was a pleasure to deal with. It really gives me a peace of mind to know that I can go to a trustworthy service shop. I will be bringing my car here from now on! More

He and all of his department are attentive, honest, personable and always helpful. I know that I can go to Capo Mazda and I will be given the best service and only the service that I need. I recently needed to replace my rear windshield and Fredy and his service department were wonderful. I will continue with Capo Mazda because of the service and Fredy Campos. When it is time to replace my car, I will be returning to Capo Mazda! More

He was professional, diligent about giving me status updates and went above and beyond to make sure my car was returned safe to drive. Our service advisor, Fredy Campos, greeted us, did a bit of paperwork, unscrewed the bad light and told us to take it inside and purchase a new one which we did in about 30 seconds. We took the new light to Fredy and he put it back in and we left. We were there for less than 10 minutes and spent $4.95. More

Best Customer Service I've Experienced at a Dealership! I called to make an appointment to have my battery replaced as it was still under warranty from the dealership and kept dying on me (jump starting you I called to make an appointment to have my battery replaced as it was still under warranty from the dealership and kept dying on me (jump starting your battery twice in one day is not fun!). They gave me the first available opening the following day, but I didn't want to risk having to tow if it died again. So, I asked them if I could bring the car in now and leave it overnight. Without hesitation, the rep on the phone said that would be fine. Phew! I arrived around 430pm when they were already winding down for the day and finishing up their last appointments. I was greeted upon arrival at the service center and right away offered a rental car free of charge. Fredy Campos assessed my situation and realized that he could change my battery and have me up and running within the hour. I was thrilled to say the least! Every rep I encountered that day was extremely friendly and very helpful. I will be returning there for future car needs for sure! More
