We never heard from the GM after phone calls and emails expressing our dissatisfaction with the associate and the whole buying process. We purchased a used Kia Sedona and it has had nothing but problems since we picked it up. I fully believe it was not fully inspected before it was handed over to us. Luckily we were able to bring it to kia of Dartmouth and they have been fantastic! Issues come about and I fully believe you can still have a good experience if the customer service is top notch and this is Not the case at Cape and Island Kia. More
