He actually met me near my home, on his day off to do all the required paperwork! He kept me informed every step of the way and made things happen without taking advantage of my situation. He is down to earth, a good family man with values, decency and honesty (which is a difficult trait to find in his business). I cannot recommend him highly enough, he was wonderful.
