Drove 100 mi. to try out a Used Soul with my daughter. No budge on price, I guess in these times not abnormal, but manager never even came to speak to me. Car had cloth, not leather--mentioned this, no chang budge on price, I guess in these times not abnormal, but manager never even came to speak to me. Car had cloth, not leather--mentioned this, no change on their description still, and they have increased price of car by $900.Also, salesperson didn't understand how the warranty works on used vehicles--told me we would get up to 60K mi coverage on power train even though car is 5 yrs old. Made me feel I couldn't trust the dealership. Walked. Bought used Kia at another dealership in MA--leather, navigation, apple play, 2 years younger with 20K more miles, bit dream ride for $1400 less than their now increased price. Buyer beware--especially women buying--felt I was treated like I was stupid. I am the one in my family who does the car shopping and dealing. Very disappointed More
I purchased my 3 rd car from them . On May 2021 the 2020 Rio Hatchback was paid off. I call them saying the car is paid was paid off and would like a refund on the GAP Insurance . I spoke with Mike Sewell a Rio Hatchback was paid off. I call them saying the car is paid was paid off and would like a refund on the GAP Insurance . I spoke with Mike Sewell about . He told me he need a letter saying the car is paid off. I call the bank to get the letter by email . The bank sent me the letter by email and I sent it Mike and him called him back gave him the pin number . I did a follow up couple weeks later and they tell me to call the Bank to get the money . So I call the bank about it and they said if got the Gap insurance from the dealership then they are the one issuing the refund . I still have not got the refund for Gap Insurance . I will not get anymore add ones because it a hassle getting a refund . More

I leased a Kia for my mother so you can imagine I wanted the best deal for her. I hardly ever leave reviews about anything but I was so impressed with the whole transaction I was compelled to. In my search for the "best" Kia deal, I looked all over Massachusetts including the South Shore and the Boston area and was so impressed with Cape & Islands Kia that I purchased from them. For two weeks I called multiple Kia dealers and searched online everywhere looking for the "best" Kia deal for Mom. I should have just walked in their showroom right from the beginning. They offered me the best deal anywhere in about 10 minutes. I bet it might have been quicker but they were very busy at the tine. I worked with several people including the general sales manager and they were all friendly, knowledgeable and in no way pushy or overbearing. They were extremely informative and transparent about car prices, dealer fees , etc .The salesman, sales manager and finance person were also extremely friendly and very pleasant to work with. Within the first 5 minutes of walking in the showroom the sales manager gave me a price that was so attractive and since I had already done my homework I could not resist. I did not even feel I had to do any haggling. That is how car buying should be. I got a good deal and I recommend this dealership to anyone. From the moment we arrived at the dealership looking for a vehicle which was about a week before we picked up the car everything was smooth and fast. In fact they even kept the car parked off to the side just for us because we said we wanted a certain black GT-Line with all the latest driver technology packages and power options and they never even asked for a deposit. Our word that we will be back was good enough for them. When we came back to pick up the car a few nights later the salesman made sure we knew how all the bells and whistles of the car functioned. He even paired up my phone for me, which was great because my mom is a technically challenged person! I leased a 2020 Kia Forte GT and the advertised deal was a better value than buying a used car over the 24 - 36 month lease term. I figured out my 2020 Kia Forte GT-Line is a better value than buying anything used and its a BRAND NEW CAR! It is a loaded up sporty car with all the latest bells and whistles with a full factory warranty and it will be trouble free for many years to come. If you do your research like I did you will find this is the best lease deal in the car market today. IT CANT BE BEAT! Also, if I choose to purchase this vehicle in a few years which I probably will then that price will also be an exceptional deal as it has a great residual value which even a new Honda or Toyota can not beat. I know I checked. We recently had a 2015 Honda CRV and a 2019 Toyota Camry SE and even though we have only had our Kia Forte GT-line for a week now. The most important thing is Mom loves it! That is priceless ! More

He wants to get you in, get your money and get you out. In a 30minute visit I witnessed him belittle his staff and prance around like he is top dog. It was embarrassing for the company, a place where I have had my car serviced and repaired for years. Happily taking my future business elsewhere. More
