Persistent in Repairs I had a tire pressure monitor problem on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and an open recall. I attempted to schedule an appointment with Galeanna in June I had a tire pressure monitor problem on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and an open recall. I attempted to schedule an appointment with Galeanna in June and again in September. Both times I was told it was a 6 week wait for an appointment. I called Cape Coral and they got me in within 2 days. On the first visit they did the recall work and replaced one tpms sensor and told me that to bring it back if the error light came on again. I went back with the error light on and they took it right in and finalized the repair. The other 3 sensors had to be replaced. They were attempting to save me money by replacing just one at first. They were customer focused and kept me informed up front about the work they were doing. They are my new dealer. I will never go back to that other dealer again.
